- Existing floor was heavily worn, with multiple layers of old coatings, adhesives, and structural degradation
- Expansion joints had suffered damage and required structural repairs
- Approximately 9,000 bolt holes and areas affected by wall removals needed filling and levelling to achieve a seamless surface
- Flooring needed to provide durability, chemical resistance, and a high-gloss finish suitable for heavy industrial use

- Surface Preparation
- Mechanically prepared the existing substrate using state-of-the-art remote-control diamond grinders, removing old coatings and adhesives
- Exposed clean, keyed concrete to ensure optimal adhesion for the new epoxy system
- Substrate Repairs & Joint Refurbishment
- Rebuilt degraded expansion joint shoulders using a high-build, three-part epoxy system, recutting and infilling joints to allow for future movement
- Filled and levelled approximately 9,000 bolt holes from previous racking installations
- Reconstructed areas affected by wall removals using three-part epoxy mortar, restoring structural integrity
- Epoxy Coating Application
- Applied Pumacoat WD as a primer/sealer to penetrate and protect the concrete substrate
- Applied a single coat of Pumatect, providing a durable, high-gloss, and uniform finish capable of withstanding heavy industrial use
