GSS Flooring was commissioned to enhance the flooring at CAT UK Group’s automotive distribution centre in Southampton, Hampshire. The objective was to provide a durable, low-maintenance, and aesthetically pleasing flooring solution suitable for the demands of an automotive environment.​

• Mechanical grinding of the existing concrete surface to remove imperfections and prepare for polishing.​
• Application of a densifier, to harden the concrete and increase its resistance to wear.​
• Progressive polishing, using finer grits to achieve the desired level of sheen and smoothness.​
  
• Final application of a protective sealant, enhancing stain resistance and ease of maintenance.​
