Project Description

The existing flooring in the main factory and warehouse was a combination of bare, worn concrete and failing painted coatings. We removed the floor paint and prepared the concrete substrate using the latest remote control, quad-headed diamond grinders.

All areas were primed with an epoxy resin prior to the more heavily trafficked areas receiving a 3mm self-smoothing coloured epoxy screed and a medium duty roller applied epoxy system was applied to the remaining areas. Each area was segregated with a two component epoxy line marking resin and all the existing expansion joints were cut back through and filled with a polysulphide resin joint compound.
