Name Description Duty Typical Thickness
Floor Seal Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent or water borne. light up to 150 µm
Epoxy and Polyurethane Coatings & Sealers.
Generally single component resins coatings and sealer mainly used for colour coating and dust sealing concrete and wooden floors. They can be used in numerous different types of environments and industries for light trafficked areas and are available in a wide range of colours from the RAL and BS4800 colour range.

Floor Coating Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent free. Light/Medium 150 µm to 300 µm
Epoxy and Polyurethane Floor Coatings
Epoxy coatings are solvent-free or water-based, two component floor coatings. A light to medium duty roller applied resin widely used in industrial warehouses, factories and many other industrial and commercial buildings as an economical floor treatment suitable for forklift use. These products are available in many of the RAL and BS4800 range of colours and offer a tough, durable abrasive resistance floor finish. Various grades of aggregate can be incorporated within the resin tooffer increased slip-resistance.

High Build Floor Coating Applied in two or more coats. Generally solvent free. Medium 300 µm to 1000 µm
High Build Coatings
Epoxy and Polyurethane High-Build coatings are generally solvent-free, two component floor coatings. A light to medium duty roller applied resin widely used in industrial warehouses, factories and many other industrial and commercial buildings as an economical floor treatment suitable for light forklift use. These products are available in many of the RAL and BS4800 range of colours and offer a tough, durable abrasive resistance floor finish. Various grades of aggregate can be incorporated within the resin to achieve a slip resistant finish.

Used in showrooms, receptions, commercial outlets and many other areas where a "Wow Factor" along with increased durability is required. Corporate Logos can be designed, made and incorporated within the resin floor sandwiched between the clear resin sealers.

Flow Applied Flooring Often referred to as 'self-smoothing' or 'self-leveling' flooring and having a smooth surface. Medium/Heavy 2 mm to 3 mm
Flow Applied Epoxy & Polyurethane Floor Systems
Flow applied epoxy and polyurethane floor systems are more commonly known as self-smoothing or levelling resin systems. Installed by pin rakes and trowels between 2 and 6mm, these floor systems are extremely durable. Often installed in Warehouses, factories and other areas with a high volume of traffic as well as laboratories clean rooms and even offices and show rooms. Available in many different colours in both a gloss and matt finish these products offer a flat, seamless floor finish, covering most imperfections on any concrete substrate. Excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.

Heavy Duty Flowable Flooring Heavy duty flowable flooring. Having a smooth surface. Heavy/Very Heavy 4 mm to 6 mm
Heavy Duty Flow Applied Systems
Heavy duty Flow applied floor systems are more commonly known as self-smoothing or levelling systems. These can be cementitious pump applied screeds installed from 7-50mm or resin systems installed by pin rakes and trowels between 2 and 6mm, these floor systems are extremely durable. Often installed in Warehouses, factories and other areas with a high volume of traffic. The resin finishes are available in many different colours in both a gloss and matt finish. these products offer a flat, seamless floor finish, covering most imperfections on any concrete substrate.
